I am a filmmaker who is passionate about storytelling and whose aim is to focus more on the best ways to translate ideas into motion pictures. I seek to continue working as a director, editor and/or cameraman. I am interested in all these fields however I consider editing my strongest skill. Nevertheless, I am eager to continuing gaining more experience and improving my knowledge and talents to my best ability within this sector.

Tasks: Making, analyzing and discussing the scripts in order to get the best interpretation of a story and visualize it. Guiding the crew and or actors is one of the many tasks as working on storyboards and shooting schedules since we have a very small crew. The bright side of being the director and the editor is that this way we are all on the same page when speaking of artistic aspects.

Tasks: Translating rough film files from Portuguese to Dutch and applying them to Belle Nuit Subtitler, making this way the files ready for the main translator / subtitler to apply them to the official documentary.

Music Band: Diona Fox & her Ragdolls.
Tasks: Assisting the film director to establish the visual look of the movie, managing lighting, including associated resources such as labor, lighting instruments and electrical equipment. As a color grader it is my task to alter and enhance the color of the video clip.

Tasks: Selecting and rough editing of footage contained in different countries with the purpose of making an animated film of the company year report.

Tasks: Planning the shots and needed equipment, operating the camera and maintaining composition and camera angles throughout a given shot. As video editor I make decisions regarding the selection and combining of shots into sequences, sound effects and music and ultimately creating a finished film (commercial, promo...).
